| Taxes and Fees |
| The City of Austin requires we add a 15% lodging tax to stays less than 30 days |
| A cleaning charge of $80 applies to stays less than 14 days |

| To book the property or get a rate quote please fill out the bookings form. I'm usually able to respond to requests in a few hours but sometimes it may be a day before I can get back to you. In general a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the rent is required to reserve the property. All payments are through PayPal invoicing so they can be paid by credit card, checking account or PayPal account at no additional charge to you. |
